DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

Delivery

• Free next-working-day delivery on orders over £100 (ex VAT) placed before 2 pm.
•  Orders under £100 incur a small delivery fee, shown at checkout.
• Deliveries are handled by trusted couriers such as DPD or Royal Mail.

Returns

• We offer a 14-day returns policy on unopened, resaleable items.
• To start a return, email info@tranquilsupplies.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return address.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll make it right quickly.
